My name is Tracy Hampton and I have worked across a number of different industries, in a variety of roles from secretarial to sales/account management and IT & Facilities positions, with over 20 years experience working in IT alone.

I set up HBS to provide IT/Systems Administration & Website maintenance to small business needing help with O365 systems, asset databases, compliance, projects or websites support but do not require a full time member of staff.

I enjoy the whole process behind understanding how a business ticks, love the challenges different industries have given me, and getting to know a product or service inside out.  My structured approach and organisational skills have been a real asset in all my roles and I have great working relationships with all my clients.

I have worked on a variety of computer platforms, using different email clients, finance systems and asset management tools.  As such I learn very quickly and can pick up any system easily.
